This project also happens to be born out of the winter break I had from college.  Doing this project helps my career directly by becoming familiar with a new technology that is likely to not go away; it will only become more relevant over time, so I wish to be on top of that. I am choosing to display this as I think it's important to know why we choose to be investors. Although I believe it's incorrect to forecast any profit from the market you hope to get, I think it's good to have some direction and perspective on what it takes to be financially free and why we should participate in this aspect of capitalism. I also wish to show knowledge of how to use decentralized services and how I have learned to navigate them. This calculator also includes resources I believe would be useful for those looking to navigate decentralized services. The biggest things I took away from this project were the concept of compounding victories and blockchain/decentralized service navigation. If I were to do this project again, I believe I would add more tabs to allow for on-chain and macro data to be displayed for those it may interest. such as liquidity data or on-chain valuation metrics such as the RHODL Ratio.
